Leadership is about being the backbone of an event
from the planning stages to the final applause.
In middle school
Because of my previous leadership role in the elementary school broadcasting team, I was active in playing different roles in student activities in my middle school, including planning, hosting, promotion, etc.
Later, in student government
I worked tirelessly with fellow leaders to bring music festivals, carnivals, and competitions to life.
These experiences sharpened my multitasking
time management, and teamwork skills.
